Validity: Experience vouchers are valid for experiences taking place in 2027 and must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.
What’s Included: Each £25 voucher covers one person for one three-hour Wiston Lodge experience. Each participant requires their own voucher.
How to Redeem: Following purchase, the voucher holder must use the redemption link provided and enter their order number at checkout to claim their experience and complete their booking.
Booking & Availability: All experiences are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Experiences run on selected dates throughout the year, from spring to autumn, and are subject to minimum participant numbers.
Minimum Numbers: Wiston Lodge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an experience if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Cancellations by Wiston Lodge: If an experience is cancelled or cannot go ahead for any reason, Wiston Lodge will offer the voucher holder an alternative date or a suitable alternative activity.
Voucher Use: Vouchers are valid for one person and one experience only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other goods or services.
Late Arrivals & Non-Attendance: Participants are responsible for arriving on time. Failure to attend a booked experience without prior notice may result in the voucher being forfeited.
Safety & Participation: Participants must follow all instructions provided by Wiston Lodge staff and comply with any age, supervision, clothing or safety requirements applicable to their chosen activity.
General: Wiston Lodge reserves the right to amend experience dates and activities where necessary. All bookings are subject to availability and these terms and conditions.
