At Wiston Lodge, we offer a wide range of outdoor adventure activities designed to support Personal, Social and Emotional Development, or to help reinforce your own learning objectives.

Led by our qualified and experienced facilitators, each session is built around enjoyment, challenge, and learning — with safety always as our top priority.

Activities can be woven into a structured developmental programme throughout your stay, or delivered as standalone fun sessions, depending on your group’s needs. Our instructors typically work with groups of up to 12 participants.

Overnight Experiences

Set within 53 acres of beautiful woodland, Wiston Lodge offers comfortable accommodation for up to 46 guests in the main house, with a further 18 beds across three cosy cabins. For those who enjoy the outdoors, our camp field provides a perfect spot to stay under the stars.

We cater for all dietary needs with freshly prepared, delicious meals. Our fully qualified instructors deliver safe, engaging activities while supporting personal development — helping young people grow in confidence, learn new skills, and have plenty of fun along the way.

Nature Art & Woodcraft

Use imagination and natural materials to create artwork while exploring the sights, textures of the woodland. Includes: Nature art, wood art, woodcraft.

Storytelling & Forest School

Bring stories to life, follow clues and enjoy outdoor games that encourage curiosity and friendship.

Main Lodge Accommodation

A traditional Victorian lodge offering comfortable dorm-style and family rooms, with space for large groups and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Group & Social Spaces

A variety of indoor spaces incl lounges with open fires, a conference room, and a large games room.

Cabin Accommodation

Three cosy, heated timber cabins sleeping up to 18 guests, six beds per cabin, each with ensuite facilities — ideal for smaller groups or additional space.

Changing & Shower Facilities

Dedicated changing areas with multiple showers and toilets, supporting groups before and after outdoor activities.
